Online Personal Coaching is fantastic for those who would like a personalised training programme and ongoing support from Tom, to carry out as and when they like.
The beauty of online personal coaching is that it is open to all, regardless of location, as all our coaching is done remotely via our partner app, available to view on desktop, smartphone browser or iOS app.
We offer an initial 30 minute Skype consultation with Tom to discuss your current exercise levels (if any), exercise likes and dislikes, alongside your overall quality of health.
You will also be asked to complete a confidential health questionnaire so that Tom can be aware of any injuries, health conditions or concerns. Tom will assess your goals and create a bespoke training programme to follow at a location of your choice; home, gym or both!
The programme is delivered via the fantastic True Coach app platform which allows you follow your own personalised plan, input your weights, access premium exercise videos, and real-time direct messaging with Tom as and when you need it -
full support is on offer for any ongoing queries you have. Progress tracking is easy with the ability to log results.
Online Personal Coaching with Tom includes:

Please note, Online Personal Coaching is charged at £50 per month, there is a minimum commitment required of 4 months and a 1-month cancellation policy.
